This hostel truly exceeded my expectations. the host was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. the facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms that offered privacy. the bathroom was fantastic, and the terrace provided a great place to relax. the breakfast was delicious, and overall, this hostel felt more like a big hotel than a small hostel. I can say without a doubt that this is the best hostel I have ever stayed in.
Felt very welcome, no complaints.

I absolutely loved the ambiance of the hotel. The decoration had a touch of elegance and sophistication, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for senior people to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located and easily accessible, which made it a great choice for seniors like myself.
It would have been even more perfect if the staff were more attentive and considerate towards the needs of senior guests.

The staff at Lisbon South was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. One particular staff member even bought a lock for me when I didn't have one. The location of the hostel was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance, including a park, the beach. Getting to Lisbon was a breeze, with just a short tram ride followed by a quick ferry trip. The newly renovated facilities were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and curtains for added privacy. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, although I would have liked to see some protein included. While there were a few minor inconveniences, like the small showers and limited WiFi access, overall I had a great stay at Lisbon South and would definitely recommend it.

The common area was super cool, with a TV, games, books, and most importantly. We spent endless hours there, chilling and having fun. Plus, the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days. And let me tell you, the Lisbon Oceanarium nearby was so cool! We saw so many different sea creatures, it was like being underwater with them!
The only thing we wished for was a better party atmosphere at the hostel. Don't get me wrong, it was great, but as young party-goers, we were hoping for some more exciting nightlife options right at the hostel.

Had a great weekend! The beds were super comfy and the location was perfect. It was nice and peaceful at night, and the ferry wasn't too far away. Plus, the WiFi was really good!
There were a few downsides though. Some of the long-term residents were a bit inconsiderate, taking up a lot of space in the kitchen and fridge, and even being rude to guests.
